General Terms and Conditions

1. General

All prices include the applicable statutory VAT. Unless otherwise stated, additional shipping costs apply.

Purchasing in our online shop is only permitted to people aged 18 and over. Minors are only allowed to order with the consent of their legal guardians.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you have provided is correct and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prices & Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

3. Payment

We offer the following payment methods:
Credit card, debit card, PayPal, instant transfer and, if applicable, other payment methods displayed in the checkout.

The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place within approximately 2-4 working days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. With higher order volumes, delays may occur.

5. Unclaimed shipments

Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information or non-collection, you will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.

We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for uncollected shipments 25,00 € to calculate.

6. Damages

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. Obvious transport damage should be reported to the delivery person immediately.

7. Defects

Defects must be reported immediately after they are discovered.

The statutory warranty period is 2 years from receipt of the goods.

Complaints are usually processed within 3-14 working days.

In the event of a justified complaint, a refund or replacement delivery will be made.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version valid at the time of the order applies.

9. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence.

We are only liable for simple negligence if essential contractual obligations are breached.

We assume no liability for damage caused by force majeure.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
