Shipping conditions

Shipping within Germany is done with DHL.
All orders are carefully packaged and handed over to DHL as quickly as possible.

The delivery time is usually two to four working days from receipt of payment.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.

If international shipping is offered, this will also be done with DHL or a corresponding logistics partner.

The delivery time abroad is usually four to ten working days, depending on the destination country.

The shipping costs are displayed in the checkout before completing the order.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link to track the shipment via DHL.

If delivery is not possible, the package is usually left at a DHL branch or packing station for collection.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete.
